BookOn’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how BookOn’s visitors use its website. Types of Stored Information

1. Information you provide:

a. Your name, and email when you create a new account in our platform;

b. Your email when you subscribe to our newsletter;

c. All information that you fill in on your Booking platform settings and all other menus;

d. Name, email, and password of clients of Tenants (you) when they have account for their Client Cabinet.

2. Logs and usage:

Log data, which may include your IP address, the address of the web page you visited before using the Services, your browser type, and settings, your device information, the date and time when you used the Services, information about your browser configuration, language preferences, unique identifiers, and cookies. General Location information, such as IP address and the region in which you are located when you are logging in and using the Services.

How Collected Information Is Used

We use your information for the purposes described below:

a. When you signing up to our platform we use your contact information to identify and authenticate you. We send an email notification about our response to your requests;

b. We use your subscription information where appropriate to send you information about our Products, Campaigns;

c. Tenants’ information is filled in the booking platform is only used to show a proper booking page according to their business.

d. When clients signing up to our platform we use their contact information to identify and authenticate them. We send an email notification about our response to their requests;

Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. However, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure. We urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe.

Aggregated Statistics

BookOn may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites. BookOn may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, BookOn does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

BookOn discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that

(i) need to know that information in order to process it on BookOn’s behalf or to provide services available at BookOn’s website, and

If you fill out one of our contact forms, any information that you put into the contact form is collected to allow us to contact you in response to your contact form entry.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We do not share your data with any third-party services or individuals directly. We only share data for the purposes of our own access and we do not authorize any third-party services to access your information except with our express permission for the purposes of assisting us in accessing your information.
