With the PRO plan you have the possibility to send SMS reminders to your customers and staff about the upcoming appointment.
Simply create and name a new “Workflow” and on:
“When this happen” select when you want to send the SMS. You can choose a variety of scenarios.
On “Do this” select “Send SMS via Twilio”.
Then simply select “To” customer phone number and on the box below you can type your message and include the keywords provided to personalise the text message.
Save and close.
Once your customer make a booking, they will receive an SMS either at the moment of the booking and/or as a reminders if set up that way.
